Offers are generated based on vehicle information submitted by Sellers. Bumperly does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any transaction facilitated through the platform.

4. Offers and Transactions

An 'Offer' is a price proposal submitted to a Seller based on the information provided. Offers are contingent on the accuracy of the vehicle details and subject to change upon inspection. If there is a discrepancy (e.g., missing parts, inaccurate descriptions), the offer may be adjusted. Sellers have the right to accept or reject any revised offer.

5. Payment and Transfer of Ownership

Payment is typically made by the Buyer at the time of vehicle pickup via cash, check, or other approved methods. Ownership is considered transferred once payment is completed and vehicle documents are verified.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you confirm legal ownership or authorization to sell the vehicle, that all information provided is accurate, and you must remove personal belongings prior to pickup.

7. Prohibited Items and Vehicles

Only standard passenger vehicles are accepted. Items like motorcycles, RVs, boats, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials are excluded.

8. Buyer and Carrier Guidelines

Buyers must use the platform to submit bids and cannot bypass Bumperly. Carriers must ensure safe transport. Bumperly is not liable for any damages during transport.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content is owned by Bumperly or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or alter the materials without permission.

10. User Conduct

Users must not submit false data, impersonate others, tamper with the Website, or use automation tools to extract data.

11. Confidentiality

You must not disclose proprietary or business information obtained from Bumperly to any third party.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided 'as is'. Bumperly disclaims all implied warranties and does not guarantee accuracy or reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

Bumperly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Bumperly.
